2. About us
CryztalClear produces and sells ice products as well as various related goods such as spirits, wines and equipment.
3. Prices and payment
All prices on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
Payment can be made with the most common payment cards via Stripe gateway or alternatively by bank transfer.
4. Delivery and pickup
We deliver in a limited area and the prices depend, among other things, on the distance from our warehouse. The price is calculated by entering the address under “Shopping basket” or “Checkout”. When delivery is selected, a delivery date and a time period must be selected at the same time. There must be a person present to receive the goods during the selected period. If there is no one at home, the goods will be taken back and may possibly be re-delivered, but additional delivery costs will be imposed and there may be parts of the order which, due to temperature dependence, must be discarded. This loss is the responsibility of the customer if no-one was present for receipt during the agreed period.
Alternatively, items can be ordered and paid for on the website and subsequently picked up in CryztalClear’s store in Humlebæk. At checkout, select “Pickup” and date and time.
5. Data processing
When purchasing items on our website, we need name, address and email address. This information is collected, registered and processed for the purpose of being able to deliver our goods to you.
As registered with CryztalClear, you can always object to the registration, and you have the right to request what information we have registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act. If you have any further questions about this, you are more than welcome to contact us via the contact form.
6. Right of return and right of complaint
When you shop on our website www.cryztalclear.com you have:
• 14-day right of return (cf. the Sale of Goods Act) on products that cannot be categorized as food. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your order. You must therefore, within 14 days of receiving the order, notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Return of the item can only be done with prior agreement and is done at the customer’s expense and handed in or sent to CryztalClear, Bakkegårdsvej 202E, 3050 Humlebæk attached to the return form which will be shared upon your initial request.
• Food goods, including ice products, wine, spirits, etc. can not be returned.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed upon return and items are only accepted if they appear as unused and can easily be resold.
If you have received an item that does not live up to the advertised quality, or you otherwise have complaints about products, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible.
If you want to complain about your purchase, you can contact us by e-mail: email@example.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you always have the opportunity to lodge a complaint with a relevant board in the area.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
